Birthday Dinner and an Unscheduled Stop



Our friends cooked some great steaks for my 50 birthday celebration. The food and company were perfect.





Thursday, we got haircuts loaded up with groceries for departure today.
This morning I noticed a low tire. As I filled it, I realized that tire would not make the trek to Tampa. I knew we were on borrowed time with the front tires. So, we stopped in San Angelo for two new tires. I hate doing it just before trade in but safety rules!
They got the new tires on and we were back on the road in just over 2 hours.  We are just pulling in to San Antonio where we will be for the next two nights.
