A Quiet Day in Our New Home

We had a nice quiet dayI hit the grocery store (Sweetbay) early as we were low on food.  It was organized just exactly like the Sweetbay by where we used to live - I knew where everything was:)  However, I have to admit it was not as good as I remembered.  H.E.B just has me spoiled.  I love that Texas store. We bought some rugs for Phiona.  Grace slips on this tile so we wanted a couple of rugs to make it easier on her.  Of course, she spent the whole day sleeping either stretched out on the tile or looking out the "doggie window."  All Tiffin coaches have a window in the door and Grace loves to lay there and look out. It was originally put there to help drivers see if a car is in the blind spot. But it is more popular with dogs.

We made a nice Veggie Roast for Dinner

It was nice of them to feed us three meals a day at the crown club but I am ready for some home cooking:)

  4. Great spot for a doggie window! Our guys just hop up onto the back of our couch or lazyboys to look outside.

  6. So good seeing Phiona in person and the lovely Grace as well as your gracious selves. Wish I'd managed to drop by just about when that veggie roast was appearing. Looks yummy. Can I just throw all the veggies in my fridge in tin foil and onto a grille or in the oven?? If so, that's my kind of cooking. Or did you do something swanky like marinade. :-))
