Tiffany called about 3:30 to let us know the problem was a "loose bolt." It is fixed and headed back to Lazydays. It will go to detail in the morning and will be delivered to our site tomorrow afternoon. We headed over to the crown club for "happy hour and heavy hors d' oeuvres." Then we got a call from Miller Insurance letting us know they found us a better rate on insurance. We talked to our salesman and found out that the previous owners had to give up the coach because he has macular degeneration and can no longer drive an RV - makes us kind of feel bad. After our "dinner," we decided to drive around and see if we could find our coach. We did.......

It was raining, so the picture is not good. She is really pretty, but really big. When we got back to our coach, we had a message from the driver confidence course instructor. He wants us to come tomorrow, as he has only two students. We called our salesperson and Tiffany and they both said "go for it." So we will be in class at 9:00 AM tomorrow. That is good, as it will keep our minds occupied while we wait for the new coach. Exciting times ... Stay tuned See you down the road..
Yes, she is big and beautiful!! Congratulations!! Can't wait to get the grand photo tour!! We'd love to meet her...maybe the Carolina Clan gathering?!?!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds so exciting!! I'm anxious to know all about her. I must have missed that blog. What made you choose a phaeton? How BIG is she?? :-)). Fun days ahead!! Enjoy camp CC as Gin calls it!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute pic of Grace and your new home. Wait until you drive it...then you'll find out how big she is! Don't get too hot during the next few days of transferring things over. Be sure to spend some quiet time with Grace. This may be hard on her.

What a beauty, even in the rain. DOn't worry, after the driver course, you'll be driving it like a sports car!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll love the Phaeton. Good luck with the driving course - good idea!
ReplyDeleteShe's super beautiful! Can hardly wait for the grand tour.
ReplyDeleteShe's really pretty! Looking forward to the rest of the tour.
ReplyDeleteSweet picture of Grace.
Sure does look like a beauty! I agree with Nancy and Bill - the rig needs to make a debut at the Carolina Clan (you guys too!). Grace looks too cute.
ReplyDeleteNice Coach. LazyDays is the best place to buy an RV. Although I bought a small coach, I was treated the same as someone buying a bigger rig (except for the Crown Club). Have fun with your new home. I took that driving class, good information.
