This and That

We are back in our spot in Garden City. (The pic is from last summer) Our friends are off to the Women's final four in Denver and we are house sitting. Yesterday, I got a couple items off my to-do list. First, I re-caulked the shower stall.  Inspired by Paul, I actually did it right and scraped all the old caulk out instead of just removing what was loose and putting a new bead over top of the old.   I am pleased with the results.
Then, I repaired the doghouse cover. It had gotten a stress crack on the side because we walk across it all the time.  I used a fiberglass repair and then I attached a metal brace to give it more stability.  
Today, Catherine is giving a massage (earning a little gas money) and I am going to clean the carpet in the coach.  Exciting stuff- but it all has to be done. Hopefully, we will leave at the end of next week with a much shorter list.

    That Paul is a real motivator isn't he???

    Ok so I want to get in line for the massage and the carpet cleaning. Do I have to take a number???

    I always love to cross things off the list but ours never seems to get shorter. For every one thing crossed off, at least one more thing is added :) Oh well. Still much better than life in a S&B!

    Whether it's an RV or a stix n brix, there's always something to maintain. At least there's no yard work with an RV.
