We made a return visit to Pedernales Falls yesterday. We visited in October and the "falls" were barely a trickle.
Yesterday, after the recent rains....
The water was really rushing. We had lunch, bought some groceries and then did a little more wineing : ) We liked Becker Vineyards and Lavender Farm. They had several good wines and some nice Lavender products.
Today we bid farewell to the hill country. We have really enjoyed our visit.
We are headed back to home base for a couple of weeks.

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing the difference made by a good rain fall. It sure would be nice to have some here every other day to wash away the yellow pine pollen. It looks like you enjoyed the Hill Country. We'll get there some day.
