Visit with friends
Our friends Barbara and Jan came to visit, and brought us a little Halloween cheer for a housewarming gift.
We had lunch in Fredericksburg. Jan likes music. So we opted for Silver Creek Cafe again. We enjoyed some more music on the patio. I am not sure the other patrons enjoyed our singing along but we did :). After lunch, they headed back to San Antonio, and we stopped off at Pedernales Cellers for a little "wining". It was a beautiful day.
We got a nice sunset and a nice cool evening here at Peach Country RV park. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching a little TV this evening. Today, we are just going to hang around here and catch up on a few chores.

Sounds like the nice weather you've been waiting for has finally arrived. Now sit back and enjoy...a little vino will add to the enjoyment! ;c)
ReplyDeleteWere you partaking in the Vino when you were singing along? I wouldn't worry. If they didn't like it, they would have asked you to leave :) Sounds like great fun to me!

ReplyDeleteLived in west Texas for many years and my folks had a 'ranchette' (80 acres) in the hill country. The hill country is one of my favorite places! Big Bend Park is also really special. Makes me want to get out on the road again!
