Yesterday, we continued our tile work. We started cutting and filling in the perimeters. On the left is the room that Catherine and I tiled- not too bad. It was slower going with only one saw to cut the tile. We still need to go back
to finish up. On the right is the team that did the tile work. Overall, I am pleased with the job.
Today, we arrived at the meeting place expecting to
finish the tile work. However, last night the lumber for a new house arrived so we stayed at that site. There was framing to do at one house and roof shingles at another. I have done framing before, so I volunteered for roof shingles.
I learned a lot. But, I am seriously tired today. Catherine does not like heights so she spent the day framing. They did a great job. I will get some pics tomorrow.
You're certainly getting an education (and sore knees) out of this! ;c)
