Memphis, RVW rally

 Our short trip to Memphis turned out to be a long one because of an accident on 1-40.  The highway was shut down and it took a while to get the traffic moving again.
 We made it safe and sound and were greeted by this great banner at the park gates.  We are at Tom Sawyer RV park, right on the mighty Mississippi.  We get to watch barges out the front window.
 We have about 30 RV's here and are having a good rally.
 We have toured Memphis and gone to Graceland.  

We are having too much fun to stop and blog:)


We also get a terrific sunrise view!

    It seems a lot of folks stay at that campground when visiting the area. Glad you're having a good time.

    Now that's an RV Park I would love. Just sitting and watching all the barges go by on the mighty Mississippi would be a dream way to spend a day for me.
