We got those fireworks!

We got a pretty good view of the Treasure Island fireworks from our balcony- cool.  Grace had a little doggy drug before they started and pretty much slept on the couch through the whole event.  
 We could have seen a bigger display from the other side of the island but we thought this was pretty good.

 Yesterday, we purchased a few items for the condo and some friends had us over to celebrate my birthday.  The food was delicious and we had a great time visiting. We also received the patio furniture we ordered from Home Depot.

 We had already received the ottomans.  Now we have the rest of it.  Today, will be dedicated to putting it together.  That should be an adventure :)
 Catherine has all the pieces organized.  I better quit blogging and start helping.

 Hopefully we can enjoy a lovely sunset tonight sitting on our new furniture.

    Very nice not having to battle crowds to get great fireworks pictures. My camera will not do that. Really nice job. I think this condo you chose sounds mighty fine. Fireworks and a sunset without leaving home.

    The best fireworks I remember was watching them at Treasure Island beach. How nice you can see them without leaving home.
