Play Ball!

 We got the patio furniture put together Saturday.  We were surprised at how smoothly that project went.  The rain held off so we got to spend some time enjoying it.
We are happy with it.  It was not too expensive and we have lots of comfortable seating outdoors.
 Yesterday, we decided to spend the afternoon at the ballpark.  The Rays were hosting the White Sox.  We have not been to a Ray's game in several years.
 We went for the cheap seats out in the outfield but we could see just fine.  They have made some nice improvements to Tropicana field.   I have to say, it just does not compare with watching a game at Busch in St. Louis. It is just hard to get that "ball park" feel in a dome.

It was a very good game. The Rays won and David Price had a complete game with 98 pitches. My kind of baseball - moves along quickly.

No big plans for today- but I had better get out for my exercise walk or it will be too hot.

    I'm heading to see the Yankees in the Bronx with my son and my dad. I hope I remember how to get there, and more importantly...home. :c)
