Good news, Good Day with Good Friends

Yesterday, we had a date for lunch and some pool time with our friends in Boerne. On the way out there, we talked to my dad. He is doing well. The blockage from the blood clot is less than 50%. It is not a life-threatening situation. He will be on blood thinners for about 90 days to prevent the clot from getting bigger and they will let the body absorb it naturally.  He will only be in hospital a few more days and said there is no need for us to come out.  Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

  We had a nice visit with our friends and enjoyed some time in the pool and on the porch.  They have the best back yard ever...


Today, we are going to the art museum for a date with Matisse...

    Good news about your dad, well, not that clots are good news, but good that it's not life-threatening. Nice you're going to see Matisse. I may make my way over there in the next couple of weeks too.
