Yesterday, I got out our lights and decorated the balcony.
I am pleased with the way it came out except, our "Happy Holidays" lighted sign does not show up well at night. Oh well, what can you expect for 20 bucks at the drugstore :)
The other lights look good at night.
It looks like we have some new neighbors for the winter.
A couple of the manatee are sticking around and we see them most afternoons grazing. We see their noses anyway.
Tonight, we have our lighted boat parade. There are several parades in the area, but this is the one that comes by our condo.
This morning, I spent reading our paper's coverage of Nelson Mandela's death. What a remarkable human being! So many lessons to be learned about strength and the power of forgiveness.
This afternoon, we plan to go out to lunch and see a movie. Not much else to report- just enjoying a beautiful weather week.
Enjoy the boat parade. We saw the one in Corpus Christi last year. It was wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI think the manatee are just admiring your Christmas decorations! :c)
ReplyDeleteNice new neighbors.
ReplyDeleteOur weather is in the dumpster again. I'm jealous.
