Birthday at the Beach


 We planned on going to Sarasota for the day but we did not get up and get moving.  So, we decided to take Grace to the dog beach.
It started out a little cool but ended up being a beautiful day to be at the beach.
The slightly overcast skies with almost no wind made for a very pleasant day.  We did not get in the water but Grace ran around on the beach for a while.  Then, lots of other folks decided it was going to be a good beach day- lots of dogs, lots of kids- we headed home :).
We had take out pizza from our favorite place and Catherine blew out the candles on her birthday brownie. It was a good day.
It is rainy and cool here today.  We will probably take in another movie or just hang out at the house.

    That looks like a pretty good age to just hold onto and celebrate every year! :) Looking forward to seeing you guys sometime this winter.
