We hope everyone had a happy new year. Our party plans cancelled. So, we ended up with a quiet evening in the coach and a bottle of New Mexico's finest bubbly (Don't laugh, it is a highly rated champagne at a very good price) :)
The past couple of days have been cold and overcast. We have stayed inside doing a little shopping and some football watching.
There is a hawk couple building a nest here in the park.
I have been trying to get a picture. I finally got one this morning, while we were walking. However, the overcast skies did not give very good light.
Tomorrow, we take Phiona in to Ironhorse RV for her warranty work. Hopefully, they can get her sorted out in short order.
New Mexico Champagne! You guys really know how to live it up!
ReplyDeleteHope the repair job is fast and inexpensive.
Happy New Year!
New Mexico champagne? Did they import it from West Virginia?? sorry..sorry...just joking!
ReplyDeleteHope you get more pictures of the hawk. Any idea what kind??
Ditto the fast and inexpensive repairs.
Cheers! We don't care where it comes from. If you can toast and it tastes good, who cares? :)
ReplyDeleteThey have grapes in New Mexico? They must make a pretty dry champagne... ;c)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year and hope Iron Horse gets Phiona back to great shape to start 2013.
Sounds like a perfectly fine New Year's Eve party.
ReplyDeleteI sent you an email about a luncheon.
