I have to admit I was a skeptic about thier chances, when they jumped to the SEC.
All I can say now is- WOW!
We had a nice night with Catherine's family- Tex Mex and football. It doesn't get much better than that :).
Back to our regular RV Blog... We spent one night at Ironhorse taking care of Phiona's issues. They replaced a valve on the brake system, fixed the generator leak, and replaced the driver's side mirror and adjusted her "ride height".
She seems to be all squared away. As I suspected, the leak was just a hose clamp but the generator had to be taken apart to get to it. It was a pricey fix for a 50 cent clamp. Oh well....
We are back in our spot at the KOA. Now, if we could just get a little sun, to enjoy the rest of our stay in San Antonio. Today watching football and doing chores. Tomorrow - visiting friends in Boerne and watching more football :).
I'm not a football person, so can't really get into that kind of excitement. Glad you got your rig fixed up. :)
ReplyDeleteWell I'll have to tell David about the Aggies. We're not football people either but he did attend A&M. Glad to hear the rig is ship shape and you can still afford to go out and do other things!
ReplyDeleteIf you find some sun and nice weather, please bring it with you to Port A :)
ReplyDeleteYup! Johnny Football sure had a great game. Monday night I'll be cheering for the Fightin' Irish!!
ReplyDeleteGlad that it was just a clamp on the genny. Onan parts are really expen$ive, so with just a clamp, you got away cheap...labor to remove and replace the genny not included. But then you know it's been done right and you have peace of mind.
ReplyDeleteSo, I gather you're enjoying the football? ;c)
