Today, we are going over to Las Cruces to do a little shopping. We don't do much Christmas shopping but.... Catherine's birthday is Dec 26. So, we may have to buy a little something. See you down the road.

Weird Weather
It has been overcast the past couple of days. Not the usual sunny cool weather that is typical of this time of year. Yesterday, the wind blew from the west 25-30 MPH all day! The clouds made for a nice sunrise though :)
My mom has had a pretty good couple of days. Thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement. It means a lot.

Beautiful picture!! Not sure which I hate more big winds like that or cold temps.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your birthday Catherine. Mine's in December and I've always hated it. Never got any summer toys or clothes or anything. I keep saying I'm going to move it to June but never do. Mine's at least not the day after Christmas. But maybe you like it!

We had that wind too. In fact, most of the day it was gusting at 50 mph! Today was better but cloudy until 30 minutes ago. The sun coming out at 4 PM doesn't help much :)

Make sure you spoil Catherine rotten. Kids with birthdays so close to Christmas always seemed to get short changed.
