Farmers Market Santa Fe

On Saturday mornings, the Santa Fe Railyard is the happening place in town.
They have a fantastic Farmer's market.  Several vendors were roasting green chili and other kinds of peppers.  Catherine bought some roasted red peppers. We also bought some apples, cantaloupe, squash, tomatoes, cucumber and potatoes.

We met up with fellow
RV- Dreamers Deborah and Phil.  They are here in Santa Fe for a month.  They are at Santa Fe skies RV Park.

They retired in May, just before I did and have been full time since April.
It was fun to compare notes and adventures.  So far, we all love it.  It was great to see them again.  We made plans to meet for dinner on Monday night.
We headed back home to catch a little football.  It is finally cool enough, that I can use that 3rd TV I have been dragging around :).  My set up is not as sweet as Gin and Syl's- but it works.

Tomorrow, we will catch a museum in the morning. Monday, we are going to Bandelier National Monument.  Much of it has been closed, due to the Las Conchas fire, which burned over 60% of the park. Several trails are supposed to reopen Monday - fingers crossed.  See you down the road.....

  1. We somehow missed this when we visited Santa Fe a few years ago. Too bad for us as it looks like a lot of fun. We loved Santa Fe though and would return in a heartbeat.
