Yesterday, was Catherine's Dad's 76th birthday. He requested a steak dinner, cooked at home, with the family. BIL- Dave cooked: steaks, shrimp, mushrooms and asparagus on the grill and Catherine's sister made a delicious key lime pie. After dinner, Dad opened his gifts and we enjoyed dessert and a little wine. It was a really nice celebration for a really nice guy.
Today was a lazy day for us. We had a windy night last night so we were a little tired. We watched the movie "Skyfall"- pretty typical James Bond. Our park is really full. There is a dog show going on and spring break started this week. One rig is even parked in the playground- not sure I would like that spot.
Tomorrow, we are going to spend the day with our nephews. We are not sure what we are doing yet, but we will come up with something.
Boy do those steaks look good!
