Cleaned up for Christmas

The rig got a much needed bath today.  The crew in San Antonio did a nice job.  After cleaning, we put out a few Christmas decorations.

We are pleased with how it looks.  It is fun to be in a campground this year. Several people have put lights out and our neighbors just brought in a big tree to put outside their rig.
We got good results from our call to Tiffin about our parking brakeThey don't have a powerglide (Tiffin) chassis service center in San Antonio but they called Ironhorse and made arrangements for the work to be done there.  That is great. We like the guys at Ironhorse.  They even sent the part they suspect is the culprit (a valve) in advance.  She is scheduled to go in on Jan 3.

Yesterday, Grace got a clean bill of health and her yearly shots. Grace gets groomed Thursday.  We will celebrate our nephew's birthday on Friday, attend a performance of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on Saturday, celebrate  Catherine's parents anniversary on Dec 24th, Christmas, and then Catherine's birthday on Dec 26th. It is going to be a busy week.  In case I don't get a chance to post:

Happy Holidays everyone!

  1. Whew just talking about your week makes me exhausted. But I'll bet you are going to have lots and lots of fun. Catherine has my sympathies for a 26th birthday. Talk about just save a Christmas Present and call it a birthday present. I think mine is bad and it's the 7th. I want a June birthday so all the present getting isn't over in one month. LOL

The rig looks great with her bows. Congrats to Grace on passing her exam! Happy Holidays to you 3 too.

  2. Trans-Siberian Orchestra! I'm very jealous. Please enjoy it for me.

Our granddaughter Taylor's birthday is also the 26th. We make sure there is a great separation in gifts between Christmas and her birthday.

  6. Trans-Siberian Orchestra! Love! We saw them in Tacoma eight years ago. It just wouldn't be Christmas without TSO and Mannheim Steamroller Christmas tunes. Enjoy the concert.

    Merry Christmas. Happy birthday.

Bob's birthday is Dec. 24 and he loves it that day.
