RV Crazy? Yes! But it turns out, lots of other folks are too!
We had a great time at the rally. Everyone was very welcoming and we learned a lot of good tips. Most of all, we got some confirmation of many of the things we believed to be true about the RV lifestyle. It was great to find others who want to spend time traveling, taking it slow and enjoying all the beauty this country has to offer. Here are some shots of those other crazy folks enjoying a bit of what the last night 70's theme party had to offer.

We drove to Paducah, KY on Sunday. Stopped at Duck Creek RV park. Nothing special- but they did have a dog park where Grace could run off leash! She needed that :) We relaxed and hit it early this morning. We got to St. Louis about noon. We dropped the rig off at the truck center to get the AC fixed. I made it home for a 1pm conference call. The truck center called in 2 hrs and we only needed freon. Yippee! Major expense averted. Our rig is tucked in her storage spot and we are up to our ears in laundry. It was great to meet everyone:) Hope everyone has save travels to your next destination. See you down the road....
What fun it was meeting you both at the rally!!
ReplyDeleteWe will be following your journey and hope our path cross again in the future :o))
Great to meet all 3 of you at the rally :) I know we'll meet again sometime down the road. Safe travels.
ReplyDeleteWhew! Glad the ac wasn't a major problem. It's tough to put the MH in storage but June isn't that far away. See ya down the road...

We look forward to seeing you down the road, too. Sorry we had to leave the Rally early, but it was great to meet you both.
ReplyDeleteHi. Sorry we did not get to say "goodbye". Did not know about your AC problem. We had a bout with our AC last year - still crossing our fingers that it is fixed. Give Gracie a kiss from Tatum. We sent you a facebook "hello". Hope we can stay in touch. Wish we were sitting around a campfire sharing RV stories!!!
